We’ve been here 19 years!

We’re 19 years old this month, and as I was going through the footage we’ve acquired over the years, I thought I’d put together a bit of a montage of some of the things we do. It’s short, and intended to show a balance between form work and application of different sorts including two person forms. In looking for a sound track, I thought that maybe drumming would be good – you know, it gets your energy up and brings out a feeling of excitement, but it may be a bit much. So anyhow enjoy, and I look forward to seeing you all next week when we return after our bout with COVID!
